A cuisine that combines tradition, quality and sustainability

My name is Vittorio Vaccaro, Sicilian by origin and Milanese by adoption. I am an actor, director and, above all, passionate about cooking. Born on January 17, 1980, in Calascibetta, a small village of four thousand inhabitants in the heart of Sicily, I carry with me the scent and magic of my homeland, despite having left the island as a young man.

My simple and humble family passed on to me fundamental values: the spirit of sacrifice, a sense of duty and respect for others.
My childhood among scents, tastes and tradition

It all started with my parents, who as very youngsters ran a bar-trattoria, where my sister and I grew up. I still remember the long evenings spent there: sleeping on two chairs, with my coat on, immersed in the scents of the kitchen.

I watched my father move naturally at the stove, his gestures were a precise and instinctive dance, the result of an innate talent for cooking. Even today, during our long phone calls, food remains our favorite topic, a continuous exchange of ideas and creativity.

Italian raw materials and sustainable cuisine

Today I cook for passion, tradition and profession. Not only for family and friends, but also on television, for those who share my love of good food. I firmly believe in the value of excellent products: the work of small producers, sustainability, respect for the environment and the pursuit of quality.

This philosophy has driven me to select unique Italian agri-food products, true jewels of our gastronomic tradition. I want to bring them to your tables, telling with them the love and dedication I have for this world.
